Our patient support team brings together bilingual nurse case managers, reimbursement specialists, and drug safety associates all providing hands-on support to enrolled patients. With backgrounds spanning nursing, healthcare, and the insurance industry, our team members undergo extensive training on specialty medications and the Canadian market access landscape. Whether they're guiding a patient through the reimbursement process, coordinating an injection or infusion appointment, or providing in-home support, every interaction is handled with expertise and genuine care.
